Fees and Charges
Trading fees vary based on transaction volume and type. All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, identification documents, and transaction history as required for KYC/AML compliance.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All sensitive information is stored in encrypted databases with restricted access.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and as required by law. In Australia, AML/CTF regulations require us to retain certain records for 7 years.
Your Rights

Our Commitment
Flipto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorism financing. We have implemented a comprehensive AML/CTF program in compliance with Australian law and AUSTRAC regulations.
Customer Due Diligence
We conduct thorough KYC verification for all customers, including identity verification, address verification, and source of funds checks. Enhanced due diligence is applied to high-risk customers.
Transaction Monitoring
All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity using automated systems and manual reviews. Unusual patterns trigger additional investigation and may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.
Reporting Obligations
We are legally required to report suspicious transactions to AUSTRAC. We may also freeze accounts and report activities to law enforcement when required by law.
Sanctions Screening
We screen all customers and transactions against international sanctions lists, including UN, OFAC, and Australian sanctions. We cannot provide services to sanctioned individuals or entities.
Record Keeping
We maintain detailed records of all customer identification, transactions, and reports for at least 7 years as required by Australian AML/CTF legislation.
Beware of Impersonators
Scammers often impersonate legitimate cryptocurrency companies, including Flipto. Always verify you are communicating with official Flipto channels. We will never ask for your password, private keys, or request you to transfer funds to 'verify' your account.
Guaranteed Returns Scams
Be extremely cautious of anyone promising guaranteed returns or 'risk-free' cryptocurrency investments. All investments carry risk, and legitimate companies like Flipto never guarantee profits or returns on cryptocurrency trading.
Phishing Attacks
Scammers may send emails, SMS messages, or create fake websites that look like Flipto. Always check the URL carefully (flipto.org) and never click on suspicious links. Flipto will never ask you to provide sensitive information via email or text message.
Social Media Scams
Be wary of cryptocurrency 'giveaways' or investment opportunities promoted on social media. Scammers often create fake social media accounts impersonating company executives or celebrities. Flipto does not conduct 'giveaways' requiring upfront payments.
Ponzi and Pyramid Schemes
Avoid investment schemes that promise high returns and rely on recruiting new members. These are often Ponzi or pyramid schemes that will eventually collapse. Flipto is a licensed, regulated platform that does not operate multi-level marketing or recruitment-based models.
How to Protect Yourself
Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Enable two-factor authentication on all accounts. Only deposit funds to official Flipto addresses verified through our website. If you suspect fraud, contact us immediately at security@flipto.org or report it to ACCC's Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
